Return Policy

Your happiness matters to us. If something isn't quite right with your order, we want to make it easy to fix.
Non-customized items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Customized pieces — like your personalized Wear the Word designs — are made just for you, so they aren't returnable except in the case of a defect in the work itself. If that happens, we'll make it right.
Here's how returns and exchanges work in more detail — and if you don't see the answer you need, reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
  • Physical goods may be returned for exchange or refund under the following terms:
    • Eligible items must be returned within 15 day of receipt.
    • Items must be received in new condition.
    • A printed receipt must accompany all returned items.
    • Please ensure that contact information is included on all return requests.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to returned orders.
    • Please contact the NarroWay office at 803.802.2300 in advance of shipping items for return.
    • Items should be returned in person or via mail to: Improv Design Co, Attn: Returns, 3327 Hwy. 51, Fort Mill SC 29715.
  • Downloadable items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift certificates are not eligible for return.
  • Custom print products are not eligible for return or exchange unless products are determined defective within 5 days of receipt and that defect is the result of the workmanship of Improv Design Co.
